You can access ClinixMD Dermatology online from any location with complete security. Our system requires only that your practice has a high-speed Internet connection. We also provide comprehensive technology support, secure storage and backup for your medical records. In addition, our datacenter includes security features, which meet and exceed HIPAA requirements:

• Restricted access – Only authorized personnel can access EMR data and equipment.
• 24/7 surveillance – Separate videotaped security cameras cover every equipment aisle.
• Redundant Internet connection to the ClinixMD Dermatology server.
• Redundant power distribution units prevent a system shutdown due to single point equipment failure.
• Battery backup for uninterrupted power supply provides emergency power in the event of temporary power loss.
• Diesel generator backup ensures ClinixMD Dermatology client’s medical record software and database is available, even when power service is interrupted over long periods of time.
