Printing and mailing services include:
- Primary claims that cannot be filed electronically are printed and mailed every day
- When a claim is adjudicated and a patient balance is owed, a statement is set up to run in the next billing cycle. You determine how many billing cycles you need in a monthly period
- After sending a number of statements (which is pre-determined by you), Clinix will automatically begin sending pre-collection letters that you designed
