How it works

The process is simple. Billing statements will provide a website URL and pin number allowing patients to securely access their information online and make electronic payments to their account. Once submitted, the ClinixPM system automatically posts payments into a special batch for the client's review and release.

To use this exciting new application, you will need to sign up for a new credit card processing account for your practice. In turn, Clinix, in conjunction with a leading PCI compliant payment processing and gateway company called PayLeap, will provide a seamless and secure platform enabling a quick and easy way for your patients to utilize this new ePayment Portal service.

Though you will have to establish a Merchant Agreement with PayLeap, the great news is that PayLeap guarantees to "meet or beat" any existing merchant agreements, which means you could even save money in the changeover.
