Our operations services group handles all of the critical processing, while you focus on the business activities within your practice. The operation services group:

  • Schedules all client processing
  • Directs client-to-operations communication for cycle and EOM processing schedules
  • Performs and monitors all system and data back-ups
  • Schedules with client all refund check, collection referral and similar special jobs
  • Transmits all electronic claim files to EMC payers
  • Receives all electronic remittance files from EMC payers
  • Manages all batch interfaces with hospital or other systems

In addition, Clinix has an experienced staff of software developers who know and understand the healthcare industry. Our software development services group:

  • Provides support for production programs
  • Develops new programs and user interfaces
  • Assists client service in research of client questions
  • Maintains corporate programming standards
  • Maintains system documentation
  • Develops special, customized programs for clients

Printing and mailing services include:

  • Primary claims that cannot be filed electronically are printed and mailed every day
  • When a claim is adjudicated and a patient balance is owed, a statement is set up to run in the next billing cycle. You determine how many billing cycles you need in a monthly period
  • After sending a number of statements (which is pre-determined by you), Clinix will automatically begin sending pre-collection letters that you designed
