• Schedules all client processing
• Direct client-to-operations communication for cycle and EOM processing schedules
• Performs and monitors all system and data back-ups
• Schedules, with client, all refund check, collection referral, and similar special jobs
• Transmits all electronic claim files to EMC payers
• Receives all electronic remittance files from EMC payers
• Manages all batch interfaces with hospital or other systems

In addition ClinixMIS has a staff of experienced software developers who know the healthcare industry. Our Software Development Services group:

• Provides support for all production programs
• Develops new programs and user interfaces
• Assists Client Service in research of client questions
• Maintains corporate programming standards
• Maintains system documentation
• Develops special, custom programs for Clients

Printing and Mailing Services include:

• Primary claims that cannot be filed electronically are printed and mailed nightly by the CLINIX system
• When a claim is adjudicated and a patient balance is owed, a statement is set up to run with the next billing cycle. You determine how many billing cycles you want to have in a monthly period

After sending a number of statements (which is pre-determined by you), CLINIX will automatically begin sending pre-collection letters that you have designed
